=>해외/상해질병의료비 각10만불

evacuation$50,000 /repatriation $25,000

=>해외체류중중대사고구조송환비용 7만5천불

deductible $500 

=>본인부담금 500불이하(현재 국내보험사는 본인부담금 0 입니다)

 조건으로 현재 DB손해보험 상품중에서 T01상품으로 충족됩니다.

보험료는 생년월일,성별,보험기간에 따라 달라지므로

내년 1월경에 미국으로 교환교수로 갑니다.

보험을 가입해야 하는데요 대학에서 요구하는 조건은 아래와 같습니다.

Health Requirements for J-1 Scholars Expand

All J-1 Exchange Visitors (and dependents) are required to have
health insurance that meets Department of State Requirements. Such requirements
include:

• medical benefits of at least
  $100,000 per accident or illness; 


• repatriation of remains in the
  amount of $25,000; 


• medical evacuation to the home
  country in the amount of $50,000; 


• a deductible not to exceed
  $500 per accident or illness.

The insurance policy must be underwritten by an
insurance corporation having:

• an A.M. Best rating of 'A' or
  above,


• an Insurance Solvency
  International, Ltd. (ISI) rating of 'A-1' or above, 


• a Standard &
  Poor’s Claims-paying ability rating of 'A-' or above, OR


• a Weiss Research, Inc. rating
  of B+ or above.

Insurance
coverage backed by the full faith and credit of the government of the exchange
visitor’s home country shall be deemed to meet this requirement.
